About our owners: Anthony Anders is a two-time NASCAR Whelen All-American Series National Champion and member of the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Anthony has since turned his attention to a new business venture in the golf industry, owning The Rock Golf Club & Resort located in Pickens, SC. Anthony also owns District Park, including Legacy Golf Driving Range located in Easley, SC. 

Anthony partnered with David Greene, our course Superintendent, to purchase The Rock Golf Club & Resort in 2017 and immediately started improving the course by installing TifEagle Bermuda greens, reinvigorating the course, and renovating the Pro Shop for our golf community. The Rock now boasts the best greens in the Upstate, with the facilities and views to match. The golf course comprises 18 challenging holes on 112 acres with breathtaking vistas, with our signature #8 tee box overlooking one of the best waterfalls in the area.

Through our passion, our team has worked hard to bring the members and guests of The Rock Golf Club & Resort into a place that they can affordably enjoy, call home, and get away from the daily stressors of life.
